These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Handy Corp (“we”, “us”, “our”), a division of ICT Australia Pty Ltd.

By engaging our services, requesting a quote, or allowing works to proceed, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Handy Corp provides building maintenance, repairs, automation, ICT-related works, security, access control, CCTV, intercom, and related services.

The scope of work will be as described in the quotation, proposal, work order, or written agreement.

2. Quotes and Variations

All quotes are based on information available at the time and are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

Unforeseen conditions, additional requests, or site constraints may require variations. Variations will be communicated and may incur additional charges.

3. Access and Site Conditions

You agree to provide safe, timely, and adequate access to the site.

Handy Corp is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or incomplete information.

4. Pricing and Payment

Invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice.

Late payments may incur interest or recovery costs as permitted by law.

Ownership of supplied goods remains with Handy Corp until full payment is received.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations with short notice may incur call-out fees, labour charges, or costs for materials already ordered.

6. CCTV, Surveillance, and Security Systems

Where services involve CCTV or surveillance systems:
• The client is responsible for lawful use, signage, and compliance with applicable laws.
• Handy Corp may access footage only for authorised installation, testing, or troubleshooting.
• We are not responsible for misuse of surveillance systems by the client or third parties.

7. Data and Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We take reasonable steps to protect information but are not liable for third-party system breaches beyond our control.

8. Warranties and Limitations

We provide services with due care and skill in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to re-supplying services or rectifying defects.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss.

9. Existing Conditions

We are not responsible for failures arising from pre-existing faults, ageing infrastructure, non-compliant installations, or third-party equipment.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, supply shortages, or power/network outages.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
